• Understand that we never have access to withdraw funds from your exchange account

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all exchange trading fees
• Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any trading losses or damages
• We are not responsible for exchange outages or API failures
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 12 months

8. Account Termination

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
